Are your dogs and puppies AKC Registered?

You will need to fill out the application along with a check for their application fee and send it in to AKC to register you pup or you may register your puppy on the AKC website and pay by credit or debit card.
Does my dog/puppy have breeding rights? Do you sell breeding rights?
All of our puppies are sold on Limited AKC Registration. This means you are not allowed to breed your dog and have an offspring from this dog. This is stated in our contract. If you choose to not follow our guidelines further action will be taken. All of our puppies should be spayed or neutered at an appropriate age. (This is a topic to be talked about with your vet!)
Do you ship your puppies?
We do not ship our puppies.
Do you meet halfway?
We do not meet our puppy buyers. Puppy buyers are responsible for picking their puppy up at our house. We just don’t have the time.

What puppy food do you recommend?
We recommend Eukanuba Large Breed Puppy or Purina Puppy Chow!
PLEASE DO NOT FEED GRAIN FREE!
When do I choose my puppy?
You will choose your puppy on the day of pick up. The puppies change and grow so much in the first 8 weeks of their life. We keep you updated along the way by posting weekly individual pictures on our Facebook Page!
Can I visit my puppy before pickup day?
We do not allow puppy buyers to visit the litter prior to pick up day. Our top priority is the health and well-being of our dogs and puppies. Puppies do not get their first set of shots until 6 weeks of age. It takes them another couple of weeks to build immune resistance to the diseases they are vaccinated for. We do everything we can to keep our puppies healthy for their furever families. Once you pick your puppy up, we advise not bringing them out in the public around other dogs or where other dogs have been until they receive their second set of shots. We keep you updated by weekly photos allowing you to watch your puppy grow.
What genetics do you test for?
We test for PRCD, PRA1, PRA2, MD, NCL, ICH, and DM.
Do you remove dewclaws?
No, we do not remove the dewclaws on our puppies. Front dewclaws help dogs grasp things using their forelegs, such as a toy, ball or food. For athletic breeds like the Golden Retriever dewclaws help with tight turns and most likely prevents arthritis in the carpal joint as they age.
